The hotel with immaculate rooms and in a great area, great next restaurants.

I loved it, including staff and food. The room was immaculate, with refrigerator.

everything was good and the view was particularly nice. comfortable bedrooms and an excellent bathroom. loved lovely design. pool was great and there was a nice restaurant on site. nice stay in the good area.

Wanted to explore San Bernardino and this hotel was best base for doing it. Booked a room with microwave and mini fridge.

We had a fairly nice stay thanks to hotel's helpful staff. We got a non-smoking room with refrigerator.

Staff and food are great here.

Everything was nice during our stay however disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The staff were highly unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

Food was AWESOME, drinks were complimentary. Generally everything was beautiful, nevertheless the bathroom was horrible.

Silent room with very comfy bed, top location. Amazing view of mountain. I liked that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport. The service was excellent and the staff were happy to help.

It was a really comfortable experience overall. Caring staff ; helpful service ; 0.5 miles from the airport. The room I got was calm and pleasant. All in all everything was perfect, but I had dirty bathroom. The quick check-in too😀

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in San Bernardino, had much fun.

The personnel was very polite, the room we got was non smoking, cool location. Comfy bed. Clean pool to relax in too. This was a wonderful stay, great prices.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was bad.

Restful stay in a nice hotel. Exceptionally nice location, fascinating views from our room, sweet staff. There were Wi-Fi, coffee and climate control in the room, loved that. Savoury start of the day with cheese, croissants and pastries. Restaurant in property was affordable and the pool area was good. Besides, it had good internet, handy to surf the net.

We will be back anytime. This hotel was lovely place for exploring San Bernardino, appreciated it...
